Sullivans Cove 1995 First Generation Decanter Release

$3,500 AUD

40% ABV 700 ml

A rare piece of Australian whisky history, which comes available most infrequently, to put it mildly. Distilled in March 1995 and bottled in March 1997 the single cask whisky was aged in a medium toasted virgin American oak barrel and bottled at 40%.

Only 650 bottles were produced, and all presented in this handsomely designed decanter plus neck label.

The bottle comes in the original Tasmania Distillery branded wooden presentation box.

This product is located in the United Kingdom.

Sullivans Cove

Australia’s most awarded distillery and one of the country’s modern whisky distilling pioneers, Sullivans Cove has achieved great success in recent years, including international recognition when their French Oak Single Cask was crowned World’s Best Single Malt in 2014 by the World Whiskies Awards. This, alongside exemplary ratings from Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible, propelled Sullivans Cove into the spotlight, but with limited stock and a long maturation period, their whiskies are highly sought after and very hard to find.
