Bruichladdich Islay Single Malt 1970's

Bruichladdich Islay Single Malt 1970's

$600 AUD

75.2 proof 26.4 fl. ozs.

This is a 1970s bottle of Bruichladdich featuring Imperial measurements on the label.

These bottles are highly collectible because they represent the "old school" style of unpeated Islay single malt before the UK transitioned to metric units (75cl/70cl and ABV%) in 1980.

It was from an identical bottle that I first experienced a single malt whisky in 1970 in Caracas of all places!

This bottle is located in Australia.
