Embossed “Carnegie Whisky” this a very rare item from Glasgow blender, P.D. Carnegie & Sons Ltd. established in 1860. It dates we believe from the 1900’s when a gentleman might want to carry his preferred bottle of whisky with him onto the moors or on a long train trip. The quality of the item and its excellent condition suggest that the Carnegie brand was at the upper end of the blended whisky spectrum.
